01Towels & Textiles

Always white towels. They can be bleached between guests and signal "clean" to the subconscious mind. Dark towels for makeup removal are the only exception.

Bath Towels (2 per Guest Capacity)

White, commercial-grade cotton. 27x54" minimum. Replace when they stop feeling plush.

Hand Towels (2 per Bathroom)

Often overlooked. Guests notice — it signals attention to detail.

Washcloths (2 per Guest Capacity)

Budget option: buy in bulk packs of 24. Replace freely.

Bath Mat

White, machine-washable. Replace when it stops drying flat. Anti-slip backing.

Makeup Removal Cloths (Black)

A set of 2-4 black washcloths prevents makeup stains on your white towels. Label them clearly.

02Toiletries & Amenities

Wall-Mounted Toiletry Dispensers

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Wall-mounted looks premium and eliminates tiny bottle waste. Refill with bulk products.

Hand Soap (Pump Bottle)

Attractive dispenser at the sink. Refillable. Brands like Mrs. Meyer's or Method look and smell premium.

Toilet Paper (4+ Rolls)

Never let guests run out. Stock the cabinet with extras. Quality matters — don't cheap out here.

Tissues

One box per bathroom. Small detail, big impact.

03Hardware & Fixtures

Hair Dryer (1875W)

The most common "what was missing" complaint. Wall-mounted or stored in a visible spot — not hidden in a drawer.

Full-Length Mirror

If there isn't one in the bedroom, add one in or near the bathroom. Guests getting ready need it.

Shower Caddy or Shelf

Guests need a place for their own products. A shelf or tension caddy is essential.

Towel Hooks or Bars

Enough for 2 guests minimum. Behind-the-door hooks are a great space saver.

04Cleaning Supplies

Trash Can with Lid

Small, touchless preferred. Line with a bag for easy cleaning.

Toilet Brush (Concealed)

In a holder, near the toilet. Guests need access but it should be discreet.

Plunger

Keep one accessible in each bathroom. Saves you an emergency call and the guest embarrassment.
